SERVICE TAX ON ADVOCATE UNDER LEGAL SERVICE

Dear Experts,

A corporate entity liable to pay service tax on Advocate Services from 1.7.2012 under reverse charge machenism. I have heard that High Court have given stay on this regard. Am i write or wrong. Pl clerify.
