implemention of eBRC module by DGFT, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Sir

DGFT issued various notification/circular even give deadline for implementing of  electronic BRC, while checking with our bankers they are untable to provide  eBRC but stating that the infrastructure is not available etc.

Kindly check and confirm that till the bank is not provide online version of eBRC are we apply physically  and obtained BRC and same is acceptable by DGFT or not.

Please check and revert.

ALMOST ALL THE BANKS HAVE STARTED E FILING BRC IN THE DGFT WEBSITE. U CAN SEND THE APPLICATIONS WITH HARD COPIES OF BRCS - REALISED UPTO 15TH AUG. FOR EXPORTS REALISED AFTER 15TH AUG, APPLCIATIONS CAN BE MADE ONLY THRU EBRC.
