Generally not but it will depend on the nature of goods whether there is any restriction on such goods or not.

We can import the those material who has not restricted by the govt.

THERE IS NO RESTRICTION ON IMPORT FROM PAKISTAN. INFACT INDIA HAS GIVEN MFN STATUS TO PAKISTAN . COUNTRY OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE BENEFIT IS ALSO EXTENDED TO PAKISTAN ORIGIN GOODS. TRUST THIS CLARIFIES UR REQMTS.
