INTRODUCING NEW PRODUCT, Central Excise

Dear Experts,

We are registered manufacturer and want to introduce new product. Is it compulsory to amend Registration Certificate. If yes please tell procedure and any other legal formalaty.

Yes it is compulsory to get the RC amended while introducing the New Finished Product.  Through www.aces.gov.in you may get your R.C. amended.

We are manufactured 5 to 6 product but aces provide only one option for one product which is major manufactured and same as input.

ACES has facility to mention all goods which are being manufactured by an assessee.  Please check it again meticulously.
