We are SSI unit availing cenvat benifit. Is it require to file return monthly or quarterly?

Yes, if you are availing cenvat benefit against you excise liability, you are required to file a return.

There is SSI unit which can claim the cenavt credit unless the same is doing exports. Monthly returns as long as the credits are availed.
