The original certificate stands in the name of Fe Albert. The rectified certificate reads as follows: "Society for the Poor and Oppressed rep. by Fr. Albert." It is not the case of the Revenue that the vehicle was subsequently transferred to society by Fr. Albert. It is admitted case of both the parties that the registration certificate was rectified. As observed earlier, the rectification relates back to the date of original registration. Once the registration certificate was rectified, no one can say that the motor car stands in the name of Fr.
