The issue about share application money being undisclosed of income of assessee has been set at rest by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lovely Exports (supra) hold that such additions cannot be made in assessee's hands. In view thereof, we uphold the order of CIT(A)." 5. In our considered opinion, the approach adopted by CIT(A) and Tribunal is in consonance with the decision of Supreme Court in Commissioner of Income Tax Vs.
