..... s Act. Since the relief for remuneration to the petitioner not being under the scope of section 163 of the Act, he prayed that the above reliefs should be rejected. 6. On hearing either side, this Bench has decided this case as follows : It is evident that this petition has been filed under section 163 of the Act; thereby the scope of the reliefs sought by the petitioner must be within the scope of that section only. The reliefs sought by the petitioner seeking directions for monthly remuneration, not being within the scope of section 163 of the Act, the petitioner is not entitled to seek that relief, hence the same is rejected.
