..... ns Court may not have been justified in saying that the amount of bail is reduced with the consent of parties when no written consent was given. However, in my view, the Sessions Court was justified in reducing it to Rs. 6 lakhs. No case is made out for interfering with the said order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay. 6. The application, accordingly, is rejected.
