..... that the Custom House Agent Licence has been suspended in terms of Regulation 20(2) of the Custom House Agent Licensing Regulations 2004(CHALR, 2004). Petitioner has got a right to seek revocation of the suspension under the provisions of the CHALR, 2004 and is entitled to pursue the same in accordance with law.
