Against item code numbers 3102, 3103 , 3104 and 3105 under Heading " Fertilizers" in Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) , the following amendments shall be made:- Code Item Description Policy Nature of Restriction 3102 Urea Restricted Export permitted under licence. 3103 Straight Phosphatic Fetilizers mentioned given below :- i) Single Super Phosphate (16% P2O5) Powdered ii) Single Super Phosphate (14% P2O5) Powdered iii) Single Super Phosphate (16% P2O5) Granulated Restricted Export permitted Under Licence except in following case:- a) Manufacturers of SSP, as listed at Appendix 5 ( A ) to Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) , shall be allowed to export .....
