(i) Group Insurance Scheme to the powerloom workers (ii) Group Workshed Scheme (iii) Textile Workers Rehabilitation Fund Scheme (TWRFS) (iv) Integrated Skill Development Scheme (ISDS). The funds released state-wise, scheme-wise under Group Workshed Scheme, Textile Workers Rehabilitation Fund Scheme during the last three years are given at Annexure-I and Group Insurance Scheme is given at Annexure-II . Government is implementing Integrated Skill Development Scheme (ISDS) for upgradation of skills of textile workers in the country since July, 2010. Under the said scheme, Ministry of Textiles has approved training programmes for textile workers to be conducted at 14 Powerloom Service Centres (PSCs) of the Office of the Textile Commissioner. The fund allocated / released State-wise and PSC wise under ISDS details of targets for trainees and achievement is given in Annexure-III .
