..... My query is regarding claim for DEPB. Shipping bills are generated during Sept. 2006 to Jan-2007. Earlier the shipping bills generated during the above period was not reflected on the DGFT site, due to which are are unable to claim DEPB. Above all shipping bills are retransmitted / uploaded on the customs / DGFT site during May 2009. My query is, Can we claim DEPB of the above mentioned period's s .....
