In the present case, the total sale value of the traded goods has been taken into consideration while confirming the demand and these figures have been taken from the balance sheet. In view of this, we find that the offer made by the applicant is sufficient for hearing of the appeal. The applicants are directed to deposit Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs only) within eight weeks. On deposit of the above mentioned amount, the pre-deposit of the remaining dues is waived and recovery of the same is stayed during the pendency of the appeals. Compliance on 30.4.2013.
