Return of income was filed on 31.3.2009 showing total income of Rs.NIL. The case was selected for scrutiny assessment and notices u/s 143(2) of the Act was issued on 27.8.2009 followed by notice u/s 142(1) of the Act, date 18.1.2010 along with detailed questionnaire calling for various details.
