In the appellant's own case, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt.Ld. vs. CCE, Nashik,2014-TIOL-2460-CESTAT-MUM, the CESTAT has rendered judgement in favour of the assessee wherein the period involved was also post 1.4.2011. In these circumstances, I hold that the assessee is entitled to avail cenvat credit.
