As far as question A is concerned, an attempt has been made by learned counsel for the Assessee to urge that in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in Chennai Properties & Investments Ltd v. CIT 373 ITR 673 (SC), the decision of this Court in CIT v. Ansal Housing Finance & Leasing Co. Ltd. (supra) requires to be reconsidered. 4.
