(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002, Registrar, (Group 'A' post) Recruitment Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. Application 2. These rules shall apply to the post specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or scale of pay 3.
