As any query will put extra pressure on the EDI system, it is requested that option regarding status of particular shipping bills should be normally be resorted to and queries pertaining to IEC or CHA wise status should not be used too frequently . In one mail 10 shipping bills can be indicated in the subject field. In case of any problems, exporters are advised to contact the DC (EDI) or the Systems Manager or through email to [email protected].
