..... 316(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 read with sub-section (1) and (3) of section 23C and sub-section (7) of section 23D of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Excise ( Advance Rulings ) Rules, 2002 , namely :- 1.
