..... n 5(21) of the Code provides that operational debt means the claim in respect of the provision of goods and services including employment or a debt in respect of the dues arising under any law for the time in being in force and payable to the Central Government or any State Government or any local authority. Section 5(20) defines operational creditor as a person to whom an operational debt is owed and includes any person to whom such debt has been legally assigned or transferred. The debt claimed here is for the supply of the goods by the petitioner to the Corporate Debtor.
