Ms. Lakshmi has returned with instructions. Ms. Lakshmi says that the DGFT is going to consider not only the petitioner s case but several similar cases for issuance of license and allocation of quota qua Calcined Pet Coke [in short CPC ]. This exercise, according to Ms. Lakshmi, will commence from today. 4. (iv) To enable the DGFT to deal with the petitioners request for allocation of CPC in terms of the direction contained in Clause (i) above, the DGFT will treat the present petition as an application and pass the necessary orders in that behalf. (v) In either situation, the DGFT will communicate the orders passed by it, electronically, to the petitioners to obviate any delay in transmission of its directions. 6.
