..... r: Provided that the input tax credit on account of central tax, State tax or Union territory tax shall be utilised towards payment of integrated tax, central tax, State tax or Union territory tax, as the case may be, only after the input tax credit available on account of integrated tax has first been utilised fully. . 6. With effect from 1st April, 2019, in the said rules, for rule 100, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- 100. Assessment in certain cases : (1) The order of assessment made under sub-section (1) of section 62 shall be issued in FORM GST ASMT-13 and a summary thereof shall be uploaded electronically in FORM GST DRC-07.
