Ms. Manish, who appears on behalf of the petitioner, says that the enquiry has been going on since 10.02.2020 with no end in sight. To buttress this argument, our attention has been drawn to Annexure P-6 (Colly) appended on page 239. 3.1. This apart, Ms. Manish says that the respondents were required to complete the enquiry within a maximum period of one month. Given this position, we had queried Ms. Manish as to whether the petitioner is in a position to furnish a solvent security against the release of 90% of IGST claimed by the petitioner by way of refund. 5.1. To be noted, Ms. Manish has taken instructions to the effect that the petitioner would be willing ready to furnish, as security, an unencumbered immovable property, which is situate in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. 5.2.
