The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued General Circular No. 03/2024, relaxing additional fees and extending the last date for filing Form No. LLP BEN-2 and LLP Form No. 4D under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The Circular addresses the notification of rules related to significant beneficial owners and beneficial interest declarations. LLPs can now file these forms without additional fees until 01.07.2024, in line with the transition to MCA-21 version-3. This decision aims to encourage compliance among reporting Limited Liability Partnerships.
