Thereafter, on 12.01.2024 the Chief Commissioner of State Tax has convened a meeting through video conferencing with all the senior officers across the State. In the said meeting all the Officers were directed that appropriate clarification shall be called for from the Officers who have not followed the dictum of this Hon'ble Court in case of M/s Aggarwal Dyeing (Supra).
