The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has outlined that products labeled as "Organic" must be produced, processed, packed, and labeled in accordance with the National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) standards, certified by National Accreditation Board (NAB) accredited bodies, and accompanied by a Transaction Certificate.
