Notification exempts specified goods from Social Welfare Surcharge levy, including natural graphite, sands, quartz, strontium sulfate ore, copper, cobalt, tin, tungsten, molybdenum, zirconium, hafnium, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, antimony ores and concentrates, tellurium, silicon, selenium, alkali/alkaline earth metals, rare-earth metals, oxides/hydroxides of silicon, potassium, strontium, barium, cobalt, lithium, vanadium, germanium, molybdenum, antimony, cadmium oxides, nickel/strontium chlorides, nickel sulfates, potassium nitrates, lithium/strontium carbonates, beryllium/rhenium oxometallic salts, rare earth metal compounds, bismuth citrate, artificial graphite, unwrought tin, tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, cobalt, bismuth, zirconium, antimony, beryllium, hafnium, rhenium, cadmium, gallium, germanium, indium, niobium, vanadium.
