New rules for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)! Issued by SEBI, these rules combine all past circulars. Stay compliant!

The Master Circular for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) issued by SEBI consolidates all circulars up to May 15, 2024. It supersedes previous circulars and remains in force from its issuance date. Actions under superseded circulars are deemed under the new Circular. Compliance reports are required, and stock exchanges must disseminate the Circular. Issued under SEBI Act and REIT Regulations to protect investors and regulate the securities market.
