Duty rates specified for producers BASF Polyurethane Specialties China, Zhejiang Huafon TPU, Miracll Chemicals and residual category. Covers polyester, polyether based TPU, excludes polycaprolactone-based. Payable in Indian currency, exchange rate as notified by Ministry of Finance. Levied from notification date in Official Gazette.
