2001 (9) TMI 614 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the stay application against the Order dated 23-11-2000, directing reconsideration of the pre-deposit requirement and a fresh opportunity for a personal hearing. The Tribunal found the dismissal of the appeal for non-deposit as a breach of natural justice and remanded the matter for reconsideration.
