The Revenue filed an application for rectification of mistake in Final Order No. 466/2001-B, dated 24-9-2001. The Tribunal rejected the application, stating that no mistake was found in the final order as there was no suppression on the part of the applicant, despite the retrospective amendment of Section 11A of the Central Excise Act.
