2001 (11) TMI 969 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the appeal against the Order dated 14-9-2000 passed by the Commissioner (Appeals), Chandigarh for non-deposit of Rs. 2 lakhs. The Tribunal found a violation of natural justice and remanded the matter for reconsideration of the stay petition with a reasonable opportunity of hearing.
