2002 (10) TMI 701 - AT - Central Excise

The case involved M/s. Punsumi Foils & Components Ltd. seeking waiver of pre-deposit of duty and penalty for goods worth over Rs. 2 crores held by Customs. The Tribunal waived the pre-deposit due to the substantial value of the goods with Customs but scheduled a regular hearing for further consideration on 18-11-2002.
