The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai ruled in favor of the appellant regarding the alleged shortage of a free gift pack of shaving cream in a carton. The Tribunal granted full waiver of pre-deposit and stay of recovery based on Boards Circular No. 673/64/2002-CX. Applications were disposed of accordingly.
