The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi, under Justice R.K. Abichandani, directed interim stay of an impugned order on M/s. Prestress India Corporation upon depositing Rs. 1.75 lakhs within eight weeks. Failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. Compliance to be reported by 24th April, 2006.
