2003 (1) TMI 660 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The Punjab and Haryana High Court judgment in 2003 (1) TMI 660 stated that a sick industrial unit was not required to furnish a surety bond for an appeal under the Haryana General Sales Tax Act, 1973. The court directed that the appeal be heard and disposed of on merits without the surety bond requirement.
