2003 (8) TMI 501 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax
The Calcutta High Court ruled that interest at a rate of six per cent per annum should be paid on a refund amount from August 1, 2001, until the date of refund. The interest amount must be paid within one month of the court order. The refund was made on November 23, 2002.
