2003 (5) TMI 506 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The High Court of Kerala allowed the revision petition filed by the assessee in a case related to the assessment year 1991-92. The Tribunal wrongly invoked section 43 of the Act for rectification of the appellate order, leading to the restoration of the original assessment order.
