Revocation of suspension of CHA License - Contravention of Regulation 13 (a) (d) and (m) for CHALR - Held that - CHA licence issued to the petitioner itself expired on 29-3-2014. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that as against the revocation of the CHA licence the petitioner has filed an appeal and the appeal was also dismissed. - relief of Mandamus sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. The relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. - Decided against Appellant.
