2011 (10) TMI 606 - HC - Customs

Criminal case - detention of detenu - the Detaining Authority is directed to set detenu Shri Balwinder Singh, at liberty forthwith - detention order quashed - petition allowed - decided in favor of petitioner.

The High Court of Bombay allowed the Criminal Writ Petition, quashed the detention order dated 23rd December 2010, and directed the release of the detenu Shri Balwinder Singh.
