It is clarified that the withdrawal of the present Writ Petition will not come in the way of any other Writ Petition that is already pending or that may be filed by the petitioner.
The Supreme Court allowed the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition and the Special Leave Petition. The withdrawal will not affect any other pending or future petitions by the petitioner.
