Appeal to be sent for said de novo adjudication - after dispensing with the condition of predeposit of demands, we proceed to decide the appeals itself with the consent of both the side, we set aside the impugned orders and remand the matter to the original adjudicating authority for de novo adjudication - appeal allowed by way of remand.
