2016 (8) TMI 1178 - SCH - Money LaunderingBail application - money laundering - Held that - Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the period undergone by the appellant in the jail, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we are of the view that the appellant deserves bail. Therefore, the appeal is allowed. The appellant shall be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of ₹ 50,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
The Supreme Court granted bail to the appellant in a case, setting aside the High Court's order. The appellant is to be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 50,000 with two sureties to the satisfaction of the trial court. The trial court may impose necessary conditions as deemed fit.
