The Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petitions and affirmed the High Court's order dated 23rd February, 2012 in Writ Petition (Civil) Nos. 17976-77 of 2004. The Shipping Corporation of India Limited and the Container Corporation of India can pursue remedies as per the decree passed by the High Court of Delhi in C.S. (OS) No. 1397 of 2000.
