2017 (9) TMI 1617 - Tri - Insolvency and BankruptcyProof of service under Section 8 of IBC Code, 2016 as well as the service of application has been served on the Corporate Debtor along with the respective Tracking Report - However, pest filing of application with hearing date is required to be served notice to the respondent/Corporate Debtor to be taken by the petitioner, thus for the said purpose, the matter is adjourned for a week.
The National Company Law Tribunal in New Delhi adjourned the matter for a week as proof of service under Section 8 of IBC Code, 2016 has been served on the Corporate Debtor, but post filing of application with hearing date is required for notice to the respondent.
