Delay in submitting reply of show cause notices - The petitioner is permitted to submit its reply to the show cause notices, dated 05.06.2009, 01.10.2010 and 06.04.2011, to the first respondent, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the reply to be filed by the petitioner, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than twelve weeks thereafter - Hence, the writ petition is ordered accordingly
