The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai dismissed the Revenue's appeal against the Commissioner (Appeals) order that enhanced the value of imported old and used computer monitors from US$ 13 to US$ 20 per monitor. The Tribunal found no evidence to support the value enhancement and stated that for second-hand goods, there cannot be a price for comparable goods. The appeal was dismissed, and cross objections were also disposed of accordingly.
