Summary

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi stated that former members cannot appear before the tribunal as per Section 129(6) of the Customs Act, 1962. Advocate Mr. N.K. Bajpai cannot represent the appellant anymore, and Mr. L.P. Ashthana will take over. The case was adjourned to 23rd July 2007 as per the request of the counsel.
