1987 (8) TMI 33 - HC - Wealth-tax

The High Court of Punjab and Haryana returned the reference unanswered regarding the cancellation of a penalty for delayed filing of a wealth-tax return, stating that the question of reasonable cause for the delay is a factual matter and not a question of law.
